- 45% of the total amount is refundable for cancellations made before 15 November 2017
- Registrations cancelled from 16 November 2017 will not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will be made in the following ways:
For payments received by credit cards, the same credit card will be refunded.
For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made, all bank charges will be for the registrants account.
In the event that CNES cancels an event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee paid. CNES shall assume no liability if a conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an unanticipated event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
In the event that CNES postpones or changes an event dates, you will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid.
All other kind of reparation or reimbursement are excluded.
