    No one under the age of 18 is permitted to register for or attend the SPACEOPS Conference and Exhibition.

    Additional tickets for the Conference reception can be purchased but please note that the number of extra Conference receptions is limited. Early Registration is highly recommended. 
  • Letter of Invitation - VISA

    To obtain an Official Letter of Invitation for your visa process, please complete the registration form. Then you will receive a pre-registration confirmation email including to apply for a visa. 

    Be sure to enter valid and correct information in all the fields. If some information is missing, your invitation letter will not be valid for visa request. If you have any special requirements or questions, please feel free to contact our support on contact@spaceops2018.org
  • Registration process

    All registrations must be made online. The registration will be considered as binding when the full payment has been received. All the payments and order forms have to be received by CNES no later than one week before the beginning of the Conference.

    SpaceOps 2018 Organizing Committee has rights to reject registration if the participants are irrelevant to fulfill the purpose of the conference.

  • Cancellation policy

    - Registrations cancelled before 25 March 2018 will be refunded 50% of the registration fees
    - Registrations cancelled after 25 March 2018 will not be eligible for a refund.

    Refunds will be made in the following ways:
    For payments received by credit cards, the same credit card will be refunded.
    For all other payments, a bank transfer will be made, all bank charges will be for the registrants account.
    In the event that CNES cancels this event for any reason, you will receive a refund for 100% of the registration fee paid. CNES shall assume no liability if a conference is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to an unanticipated event, Act of God, unforeseen occurrence, or any other event that renders performance of the conference impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
    In the event that CNES postpones or changes the event dates, you will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee paid.
    All other kind of reparation or reimbursement are excluded.
